Directions: Crazy Coyote Tacos, 13033 Fields Road. At intersection of Malki Road, Martin Road and Seminole Drive (frontage road) on north side of Interstate 10 at Fields Road exit (exit 103).

Last visited: March 2011 (gone when revisited July 2012).
