This tiny chapel was built by Loren Pratt, a local farmer, and his friends and family in 1996 as a memorial to his late first wife Lois. The cozy building measures only 12 by 7 feet, and its six pews can seat only about a dozen people. As the sign on the highway says, this is a place to "Pause, Rest, Worship."
Directions: Approximately 15 miles northeast of Yuma on Highway 95, at milepost 39.
Last visited: November 2008. Update: In early September of 2011, this chapel was severely damaged by a violent windstorm. The Pratt family plans to rebuild.
