This open-air chapel made of local lava rock also goes by the names Opukahaia Memorial Chapel and Hoku Loa Congregational Henry Opukahaia Chapel. Two plaques inside the chapel read as follows:

Directions: Ninole Loop Rd, in cemetery at top of hill opposite entrance to Punalu'u Black Sand Beach Park.
