Westchester Parkway

When Westchester Parkway was opened as a route around the north side of Los Angeles International Airport, the planners really didn't want anybody to miss the turn. My telephoto lens makes the signs look closer together than they really are, but still ... don't you think somebody got a bit carried away?

Directions: West end of Los Angeles International Airport, Pershing Drive north of Imperial Highway.

Last visited: October 1995.
