Come Touch The Sun

An ocotillo plant with its leaves backlit, and the wispy clouds beyond, both seem to be hands reaching for the midwinter sun along the Narrows Earth Trail in Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. I am reminded of Come Touch The Sun, an instrumental piece written by Burt Bacharach for the movie soundtrack Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.
