Lightning Illusion

[lightning_05.jpg]

At first glance, this lightning bolt appears to pass in front of the light pole in the foreground. But this is merely an optical illusion, caused by the intense brightness of the lightning bolt overexposing the film and "bleeding" over the image of the pole. In actuality the lightning strike was several miles away.
