Jupiter-Venus Conjunction

On this evening, Jupiter appeared just to the upper left of the bright planet Venus. Straight to the left of Jupiter is the much-dimmer star Spica. The arrangement was photographed above the Sierra Estrella, south of Phoenix, Arizona.
