With the stars of the constellation Auriga above, the gibbous moon rises behind an abandoned cabin. A 5-minute exposure while the moon was still behind the cabin silhouetted the cabin and horizon; later a 2-second exposure captured the moon itself, by then risen clear of the roofline.
